The idea was deceptively simple: assemble the finest minds with real-world experience in emerging market strategy and business development, and put them to work dismantling the structural barriers that prevent developing nations from accessing the intelligence, technology, and capital they deserve.

FOR Consultancy Pvt Ltd was incorporated in Bengaluru, India. The founding thesis was clear: emerging markets deserved a class of advisory partner that combined deep local intelligence with world-class execution capability. We immediately began building our client portfolio and our international network, with initial focus on government and institutional clients across Asia and Africa.
The Pandemic Response — Pivoting to Purpose
As COVID-19 disrupted conventional service delivery models globally, FOR demonstrated institutional resilience. We rapidly deployed online education solutions to ensure continuity of learning for our client institutions, and introduced telemedicine platforms that provided critical healthcare access during a period of acute system stress. Where others paused, FOR accelerated.
Post-Pandemic Recovery — Catalyzing Market Revival
As economic activity resumed, demand for our capital facilitation services surged. FOR mobilized its global financial network to channel debt and equity investment into high-impact projects across multiple domains — education infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and clean energy installations. Multiple material projects were successfully financed and materialized during this period.
